Anxiety Therapy
Calm your mind, ease your body, and feel more in control — one step at a time.
When anxiety takes over
Are your thoughts racing? Does your chest feel tight? Do you have a constant worry that doesn’t make sense but won’t go away?
Anxiety is loud, exhausting, and isolating. It makes simple tasks feel huge and steals your ability to relax, even when things seem fine.
If you’re always waiting for the other shoe to drop, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep living like this.
Anxiety is your body’s way of trying to protect you. But when it gets stuck in overdrive, it can feel like you're always on edge, overthinking everything, or emotionally spinning out.
Whether your anxiety shows up as panic, constant self-doubt, avoidance, or physical symptoms, therapy can help you slow it down and take back your life.
What anxiety really is
We work with clients experiencing:
Generalized anxiety
Social anxiety
Panic attacks
OCD-related anxiety
Phobias and specific fears
Stress from work, school, or life transitions
Your experience of anxiety is unique. We tailor each session to what you’re going through, not a one-size-fits-all model.
You don’t have to manage it alone
Practical tools that actually help
At Tangible, we focus on skills-based therapy. That means you'll learn to calm your nervous system, challenge anxious thoughts, and respond to triggers more confidently.
You’ll also build long-term tools to recognize patterns, improve self-talk, and feel more present, even in stressful moments.

If your worry, stress, or overthinking is affecting your sleep, work, relationships, or peace of mind, it’s enough. Therapy isn’t only for people in crisis. It’s for anyone who wants to feel better and function more fully.
-
Not unless it feels relevant to your healing. Our approach focuses on what’s happening now, with tools you can use immediately. If deeper work is helpful later, we’ll go there together when you’re ready.
-
We use a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), mindfulness, somatic tools, and IFS (Internal Family Systems). We choose what works best for you.
-
Absolutely. Many of our clients use therapy alongside medication. We support your choices and will work with your prescriber if needed to make sure everything aligns with your goals.
-
Some clients notice relief within a few sessions. Others take longer to see changes. Our goal is to help you build skills that create steady, lasting shifts.
