Tangible Mental Health is a private practice designed around the mantra of "Helping people feel better". Our focus is on giving clients tangible skills that allow them to redefine their relationship with their emotions. We back this principle by training our therapists to utilize a skills and emotions focused approach to therapy. Our therapists learn to lead with their hearts and teach their clients to do the same.
Tangible is commited to helping our therapists become the best versions of themselves both inside and outside of our clinic. We do this by:
Emphasizing a healthy work-life balance.
Providing quality training in our Feel Better meetings that focus on building confidence and skillsets
Providing additional weekly supervision to build upon individual goals
Recognizing the need for competitive compensation
