Autism Therapy

Autism therapy that honors who you are and helps you thrive on your terms

Therapy that supports you, where you are

For individuals with autism, navigating a world built for neurotypical people can be exhausting, overwhelming, or isolating. Whether you’ve been diagnosed recently or have known for years, therapy can help you understand yourself better, reduce stress, and build the life you want, without forcing you to mask or conform.

At Tangible Therapy, we offer neurodiversity-affirming care. That means we don’t try to “fix” you or force strategies that go against your natural way of thinking or being.

Instead, we work with you to identify what supports your well-being — socially, emotionally, and practically.

We offer therapy for:

  • Autistic adults and teens

  • Late-diagnosed or self-identified individuals

  • Autistic people with co-occurring conditions like anxiety, OCD, or ADHD

  • Burnout and masking fatigue

  • Support with social, sensory, and communication challenges

  • Emotional regulation and self-advocacy

What autism-informed therapy looks like

You don’t have to do it all alone

Life can feel confusing, especially when you’ve been trying to fit into boxes that don’t suit you. Whether you're facing sensory overload, struggling to connect with others, or learning to embrace your identity, we’re here to help you feel more grounded, capable, and understood.

  • Absolutely not. Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming — we support your strengths and help you work through challenges without asking you to mask or change who you are.

  • That’s very common. Many autistic people also experience anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, or trauma. We’re trained to work with overlapping needs and will tailor therapy accordingly.

  • Yes. You’re encouraged to show up as you are. We welcome fidgets, headphones, scripts, weighted items — whatever helps you feel comfortable and supported.
