Here’s what to expect
Come Inside!
Welcome to our waiting room. We invite you to step inside and immerse yourself in the serene environment while you wait for your appointment. Thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. Please note, that there is no receptionist on-site, but should you have any questions, our off-site receptionist is just a phone call away. During your visit, we encourage you to indulge in a comforting drink from our fridge. Enjoy the tranquility, and your therapist will come get you when they’re ready.
Make yourself comfortable
In your first therapy session, you'll find yourself in a soothing and inviting space. Please make yourself comfortable on the couch and feel free to wrap up in a blanket or play with the available fidget toys. Your therapist will guide the session so don’t worry about knowing what to say. There are no wrong answers in therapy. This first meeting is more about getting to know each other and setting a foundation for future sessions. You'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts and concerns in a safe, non-judgmental space.
We’ve got snacks
We understand that discussing challenging topics can sometimes feel daunting. That's why we've created a space where comfort and support are at the forefront of your experience. In addition to our waiting room tea bar, each therapy office is equipped with a selection of snacks, thoughtfully provided for your enjoyment. We recognize that the idea of sitting and talking makes some of our clients anxious, so our therapists offer a variety of fidget toys and mindful games designed to make your sessions more comfortable and engaging. Remember, your therapist is here to support you in every way.
