About Anna
Anna strives to create a therapeutic experience that therapy should be tailored to each client’s individual strengths, experiences, and goals. She enjoys working with kids, teens, adults, couples, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
She specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, chronic pain, grief, parenting concerns, school challenges, and self-esteem. Her approach integrates ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients feel heard, supported and empowered.
