Telehealth Therapy Across Utah

Expert therapy from wherever you are; no commute, no waiting room, just real support.

You shouldn’t have to rearrange your entire day to take care of your mental health. Telehealth therapy gives you access to the same licensed therapists, the same evidence-based approaches, and the same quality of care our clients receive in our Provo, Orem, and Sandy offices, from your couch, your car on lunch break, or wherever you feel comfortable.

Whether you’re in Salt Lake City, St. George, Logan, or a small town in between, if you’re in Utah, we can work together.

Same Care, More Access

How Telehealth Works at Tangible

It’s simple. You book a session, we send you a secure video link, and you connect with your therapist at your scheduled time. No apps to download, no complicated setup. Just click and you’re in.

Sessions are 50 minutes, just like in-person. Your therapist uses the same tools and techniques: ACT, EMDR, IFS, Gottman, somatic approaches, adapted thoughtfully for a virtual setting. Many of our clients are surprised by how natural it feels.

Telehealth works well for most of what we treat. If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship issues, faith transitions, or just feeling stuck, virtual sessions can be every bit as effective as sitting in our office.

Online therapy is especially helpful if you:

  • Live outside Utah County but want access to specialized care

  • Have a demanding schedule or limited childcare

  • Feel more comfortable opening up from home

  • Are a college student away from your hometown therapist

  • Experience social anxiety that makes in-person visits harder

  • Need couples counseling but can’t coordinate schedules to come in together

If your situation calls for in-person care, we’ll let you know. But for most people, telehealth is a great fit — and research consistently backs that up.

Frequently asked questions

  • For most concerns, yes. Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person sessions for anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and relationship issues. Some clients actually find they open up more easily from the comfort of their own space.

  • A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a private space where you feel comfortable talking openly. That’s it. We send you a secure link before each session; no downloads or accounts needed.

  • Yes to both. EMDR adapts well to virtual sessions; your therapist will guide you through bilateral stimulation using on-screen visuals or audio tones. Couples therapy works well over video too, especially when scheduling in-person sessions is a challenge.

  • Yes. We accept most major insurance plans for telehealth sessions, and coverage works the same as in-person visits. Cash pay is $115 per session, and the average insurance copay is around $25. We’ll verify your benefits before your first appointment.

  • Absolutely. Our therapists are licensed in Utah, so we can see anyone located anywhere in the state: Salt Lake, Park City, Cedar City, Ogden, you name it. You get the same specialized care without the drive to Provo or Orem.

  • That’s completely fine. Many of our clients do a mix; coming into our Provo, Orem, or Sandy office when it works and switching to video when it doesn’t. Your therapist stays the same either way.
