About Us
Est. 2021
Tangible began in 2021 when our founder, Brady Clegg, set out to create something different in mental health care. After a decade in the residential treatment industry, Brady kept hearing the same frustration from clients: past therapy was helpful but rarely did it lead to lasting change. Conversations helped them feel heard, but didn’t equip them with the skills to take meaningful action.
Brady envisioned a new kind of practice; one where therapy was practical, action-oriented, and truly transformative. Tangible was born from that vision: a place where clients leave sessions not just with insight, but with tools they can use in daily life.
In 2023, four new therapists joined the practice taking it from a one man operation to a true clinic. They brought with them fresh energy and expertise. From the beginning, Tangible has been about one thing, great therapy that creates meaningful change.
Today, Tangible continues to expand, welcoming more therapists and staff who share the same mission: to create a supportive environment for clients to heal. We promise to stay true to that vision—offering clients skill-based, empowering care, and giving therapists a workplace where their passion and growth are nurtured.

Our Tangible Tenets
Our Tangible Tenets are what we believe make great therapists. Please take time to learn about how you can embody these concepts. As you complete this section of our onboarding, you’ll notice your fellow team members and the excited clients who have left reviews for them. We want to highlight the power of great therapists and the great team you’re joining! We know that given time, you will facilitate meaningful change in the lives of your clients here at Tangible.
Be the professional
The way you carry yourself in sessions is as much a therapeutic tool as the words you use. When we act the part it invites trust and engagement from our clients. Conveying a sense of collected confidence is key to helping set the tone for the session. We are the rock in our clients storm, and they will look to us as a steadying force.
Hone your craft
Therapy is a dynamic, evolving field, and staying stagnant doesn’t mean staying still but instead falling behind. Therapy is both an art and a science; honing your craft requires curiosity, humility, and ongoing practice. It reflects a commitment not just to competence, but to excellence. When we invest in our growth, our clients benefit from richer and more transformative work.
Skill-Based Practice
This is a principle on which Tangible was founded, to give our clients tangible skillsets. Empowerment is the key to our clients success and empowerment starts when we put tools in the hands of our clients. They are the shapers of their future, our job is helping them to see clearly and carry the right tools.
Plan for success
When we fail to plan, we plan to fail. Success as a therapist doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built through intention, reflection, and a clear vision. Without a clear direction, it's easy to become overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from your purpose. Thoughtful planning anchors your work in intention, allowing you to serve your clients more effectively while also honoring your own well-being and goals.
Follow your heart
While clinical knowledge and technique are essential, intuition brings depth and humanity to the therapeutic process. Learning to follow your heart allows you to attune more fully to your clients’ unspoken needs, shifts in energy, and emotional undercurrents. As you grow in confidence and experience, trusting your intuitive sense can lead to deeper resonance, timely interventions, and a more authentic presence with your clients.
Self Care
Self-care isn’t a side note; it’s foundational to effective therapy. When therapists are cared for and grounded, they create safer, more attuned spaces for their clients to heal. Neglecting our own needs can lead to burnout and diminished effectiveness. Prioritizing self-care is not only an act of self-respect, but a commitment to showing up fully for the people we serve.
Customer service
Excellent customer service is an often-overlooked but vital part of therapeutic work. From the first contact to the final session, the way clients are treated shapes their sense of safety, trust, and respect. Clear communication, timely responses, and meaningful gestures ease anxiety and reinforce the importance of the work. Thoughtful service isn’t separate from the healing, it’s part of it.
