Hannah Hunt

Hannah (she/her) creates a supportive space for her clients to connect to a more meaningful and compassionate life. She has extensive experience helping individuals navigate anxiety depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and LGBTQ+ challenges. She believes each individual inherently has the capacity for growth and healing.

Trained directly by the founder of IFS, Richard Schwartz, Hannah utilizes this powerful technique to help each client with their unique needs. Hannah integrates IFS, EMDR, ACT, art, and somatic work. Her office is welcoming to teens and adults.
