$0.00

Lauren is a compassionate, engaging and reflective therapist who believes therapy is a space to slow down, better understand yourself and restore self alignment. She creates a supportive and non judgmental environment where they can explore what they’re experiencing while staying connected to their values and what matters most to them.

Lauren works with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief, faith transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, and other life experiences that can leave people feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.

Laurens approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Somatic techniques and a Client Centered approach. She believes there is value in creating space for all parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgment. Lauren works with teens and adults.
Outside of therapy, Lauren enjoys hiking, trail running, yoga and reading.
