What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in a graduate program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work or a related field
Clinical coursework already completed, or a previous practicum or internship in a clinical setting
Needing a practicum or internship site for an upcoming semester
A desire to learn, take feedback and grow as a clinician
Professional attitude, reliability and good communication
Comfort working in person and over telehealth

Because we're a group practice, students see clients from day one rather than shadowing, so we look for students who are ready for that. Most of our interns are second-year students. Many of our internships lead to job offers, so we look for students we believe will be a great long-term fit for our team.

What you'll do

See clients in our offices and via telehealth
Take part in assessment, treatment planning and counseling
Keep clear, accurate documentation in our electronic health record
Join team meetings and trainings
Meet regularly with your supervisor
