Aneeqa Janjua, is a kind hearted and patient therapist with a wealth of knowledge. As a former UVU instructor and researcher, Aneeqa’s work is deeply grounded in evidence-based practices. She creates a welcoming space for clients of all ages and backgrounds. Specializing in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, or trauma, as well as children, adolescents, and adults on the autism spectrum. Her approach is client-centered and collaborative, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. She utilizes DBT, CBT, IFS, play therapy and Solution-Focused modalities in her work. Aneeqa welcomes clients ages 9+.
