Tanya is also committed to helping others navigate grief, chronic illness, and spirituality/religious concerns. Additionally, she treats OCD related disorders such as hair-pulling and skin picking. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including ERP, ICBT, and ACT to treat OCD and uses a blend of CBT, DBT, and ACT skills for many other needs. Tanya has a special interest in grief due to her experience working in hospice and recognizes grief occurs in a variety of circumstances unrelated to death, such as divorce, infertility, chronic illness, and job loss.
