Mhari Mills is a calming and compassionate therapist who specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, chronic pain, and couples work. She welcomes kids, teens, adults, couples and families into her office, creating a supportive space where clients feel safe to be themselves. She uses DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
Mhari is also comfortable supporting clients through trauma/PTSD, ADHD, OCD, parenting challenges, pregnancy and postpartum, women's issues, self-esteem, and more. As an intern working under licensed supervision, Mhari offers low cost sessions, making therapy a great option for those on a budget.
