She is a Certified Grief Support Specialist and specializes in working with anxiety, chronic illness, grief, burnout, and self-esteem. Leah is passionate about helping clients navigate the emotional weight and uncertainty these experiences can bring. She also supports individuals facing depression, infertility, faith transitions, parenting challenges, and the complex emotions surrounding pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum experiences. Leah offers LGBTQ-affirming care and provides space to explore spirituality and identity.
Leah uses a CBT-informed approach and is also trained in Positive Psychology, Somatic Anxiety Therapy and Brainspotting. She combines both cognitive and somatic techniques to help regulate the nervous system and support meaningful healing. She loves helping individuals recognize their strengths and reconnect with a sense of meaning as they move through difficult seasons.
